 The Palette SCADA-as-a-Service (SaaS) is a web-based data visualization solution using HTML5 technology, allowing it to be accessed on any web-enabled device, with no special software required.

Alarms can be configured to be sent to external applications via email. This allows users to employ third party applications, such as OpsGenie, to manage the alarms and route them to individuals based on schedules and rotas.
